The main strategies of C&W are focused on
personnel policies, ranging from granting loans to training.
Among the most important actions of CSR are creating an
academy for job training that provides: yoga classes and dances, has
psychological counseling, in other hand the company hire employees whit limited
opportunities to find formal employee.

bonuses, prizes and awards based on compliance rather than outcomes, in order
not to dehumanize the company
In the organization is a policy on human rights, that
restaurants managers must lead their subordinates and not behave like

and negotiates whit the constructors to obtain the best price.

them not wearing malpractices and care for the environment, hire small and
medium farmers who have been legalized.
Organic waste from the plant are sold to feed pigs,
waste treatment is performed with grease trap that contains a bacteria to
decompose and minimize environmental impact, the classification of waste for
recycling and reuse rainwater in the cleaning common areas.
